Dr. Won Donguk is Executive Director of the Transportation Division at HD Inc. in Seoul and a Professional Engineer (Transportation) with 22 years of experience across traffic safety, transportation planning, and system dynamics. He holds a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from the University of Seoul, has co-authored three books on system dynamics, and leads the KOICA school-zone safety program in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. He serves on technical advisory committees for Korea National Railway, the Korea Expressway Corporation, and the Saemangeum Development Agency.
